02 – WE FIND YOUR DIAMOND
WHAT HAPPENS
We search for natural diamonds that meet your requirements, and ours, then normally curate three to five diamonds we believe are genuinely worth considering.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Diamond specifications, independent grading reports, documented provenance, clear pricing and our guidance on the differences between each stone.
WHAT YOU APPROVE
The diamond. You choose only when one feels right.
NEXT
Once you’ve found your diamond, we’ll confirm exactly what happens next.
03 – YOUR DIAMOND IS CONFIRMED
WHAT HAPPENS
Before you commit, we confirm the diamond, price, documentation and agreed next steps.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The relevant certification and provenance information, with your diamond’s identity beginning its record within the Legacy Vault™.
Once you approve the diamond and the agreed terms of your commission, payment arrangements are confirmed and the diamond becomes yours.
WHAT YOU APPROVE
The diamond, the price and the basis of your commission.

You decide what happens to your diamond.

04 – WE DESIGN AROUND YOUR DIAMOND
WHAT HAPPENS
If your diamond is to be set, we create the jewellery around the diamond, the person who will wear it and the reason behind the commission.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The appropriate designs, specifications and recommendations before manufacture begins.
WHAT YOU APPROVE
The design, materials, principal details and agreed cost.
NEXT
Only when you’re happy does your piece move into manufacture.
05 – YOUR JEWELLERY IS CREATED
WHAT HAPPENS
Your piece is individually made by specialist jewellers to the design and specification you’ve approved.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Updates as your commission progresses, where appropriate.
WHAT YOU APPROVE
Any material change would be discussed with you before being made.
NEXT
Your finished piece moves through final finishing, inspection and appropriate hallmarking.
06 – WE CHECK EVERYTHING
WHAT HAPPENS
Before your commission leaves us, we check the diamond or finished jewellery against the agreed specification and bring its documentation together.

Your applicable certification, provenance and commission records, brought together through the Legacy Vault™.
WHAT YOU APPROVE
Final delivery details and any outstanding arrangements.

07 – YOUR DIAMOND ARRIVES

Your diamond or finished jewellery reaches you through the secure delivery arrangements agreed for your commission.

Your De Vere Diamond or bespoke jewellery, accompanied by the documentation and provenance that belong with it.

08 – WE’RE STILL HERE
Diamonds can last for generations, while the jewellery around them may change.
An unset diamond may one day become a ring. A ring may be remodelled. A piece may eventually pass from one generation to another.
We’ll remain here to help care for your De Vere Diamond, its jewellery and its Legacy Vault™ as its story continues.
Whether you need advice, inspection, cleaning, repair, remodelling or eventually want to reset the diamond, we’ll remain here.
